Dusty Smith, Jr. is an Attorney at Law, living in Washington, DC and dating a woman in Atlanta, Georgia. Dusty’s father, Dusty Smith, Sr. is a partner at his Atlanta based law firm, Smith and Smiths, P.L.L.C. and has been asked to take on a case that involves a teenage girl that has botched an abortion. The prosecuting attorney is prosecuting the accused for homicide while the defense attorney is fighting to save this teen’s life. Unable to argue the case, Dusty Smith, Sr. has asked Dusty Smith Jr., to argue the case. This high profile case places Dusty in a position to have to make a decision about the relationship and both verdicts will be handed down at the same time.
